My background

I work on the books other bookkeepers leave behind.

I'm a bookkeeper and QuickBooks Online specialist based in Multan, Pakistan. My work is primarily forensic. Clients come to me when their books have gotten into a state that's hard to work backwards out of: years of uncategorized transactions, accounts that won't reconcile, profit figures that look wrong but can't be explained quickly.

I've completed 8 ACCA exams so far, including the Foundations in Accountancy suite and Corporate & Business Law, and I hold the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate. I approach cleanup work methodically, account by account, rather than making quick edits and hoping the numbers agree at the end. I've also audited clients' books and reviewed other bookkeepers' work before it reached the client.

Most of my remote clients are in the US, UK, and Canada. I work in any industry, including e-commerce, healthcare, craft breweries, home services, construction, property flipping, and luxury retail. Each has its own bookkeeping conventions and common failure modes, and knowing those helps me find problems faster.

I focus on cleanups and complex reconciliations, and I also provide ongoing monthly bookkeeping. If you need someone to go into a messy file and get it right, that's what I do.

Wedding Carnival Finance & Accounts Lead · Logistics Lead

Multan's largest wedding expo. I handled project costing, client invoicing, cash handling, vendor collections, deferred revenue recognition, and prepaid expense tracking across the event cycle. After the event I prepared the post-event financial statements. I also managed logistics: supplier coordination, venue tracking, and delivery scheduling. The organizers issued an appreciation certificate for the work.

Sahara Pakistan Finance & Media Director

Oversaw financial operations and media strategy. In one month, increased the organization's funding by 40% through a combination of donor outreach and better financial reporting that gave funders clearer visibility into how money was being used.

Every file is different. I won't give you a price until I've looked at the scope. That means an intro call and a review of your file, then a written scope and quote.

If I hit something unexpected, like a discrepancy that changes the scope or a transaction I can't categorize without more information, I ask you rather than making a guess.
